Remember me when I am gone away, 你要想起我已離去，
Gone far away into the silent land; 去到那寂靜的遠方；
When you can no more hold me by the hand, 你不能再拉手留住我，
Nor I half turn to go, yet turning stay. 我不能再欲去還休。
Remember me when no more day by day 你不能再日復一日地
You tell me of our future that you plann'd: 向我傾訴心中的憧憬；
Only remember me; you understand 你也只能夠想我了，
It will be late to counsel then or pray. 因為我已無法回應。
Yet if you should forget me for a while 即使你一時忘記了我，
And afterwards remember, do not grieve: 隨後再想起也別哀愁；
For if the darkness and corruption leave 如果死亡能留下
A vestige of the thoughts that once I had, 僅有的一絲牽掛，
Better by far you should forget and smile 願是你忘記時的笑容，
Than that you should remember and be sad. 而非你想起時的悲傷。

讓我想起在天堂的您.....
就好像您翻譯這首詩一樣，
如果死亡能留下，僅有的一絲牽掛，
願是你忘記時的笑容，而非你想起時的悲傷。
