標題[創作] A Writer Is a Farmer

A writer is a farmer
Who grows
Words eagerly
But also nips some of them
In the bud cruelly.
When Words survive eventually,
Together they form a circle of
Phrases
And keep warm with each other.
The farmer never ceases watering,
Nourishing and plowing the furrows
In which Phrases mature
As trees of
Sentences.
When a Sentence ties the knot
With another one,
The bell of happiness chimes and
Sentences cohere as an orchard of
Discourse.
With flowers coming to fruition,
The farmer leaves.
But life remains
In the reader's mind.
