Gently weeps my heart,
Chorusing with Harrison's guitar.
For the maggots of Time
Fail to devour the sorrow
Aching like Helen's fears
Of another bloody morrow
And drizzling like the Trojans' tears–
Still so damp and cold,
As Apollo endeavors
To sun the wound
That never heals.
