For My Beloved Poo
-for whom I can give away my life
August 8th 2004
You came to me
And since then
I've been lost in time
Your little furry head
Your little softy pales
Your little savvy eyes
Your little everything
I never know you will become such a big boy
As you are now
For I’ve been lost in your growing
When you were little
I’ve seen you in jittery quivers
And with all my strengths
Walked you through all the fears
Kissed you away sorrow and desert
Your smell in my hair
Your smile in my eyes
Your woof in my ears
Your everything
Deeply imprinted in my mind
You are the first being in my life
That I’m willing to give my life for
And now dear my love
We are now at August 8th 2005
I swear to heavens I will walk you through whole your life
To the very end of your journey
And bear you to the very end of mine

You came to me
Through that big iron cage
Kissed me softly
With your lips warm and wet
Looked into my sheer core
With your naive black eyes
Since then
I’ve been lost in your life
And will protect you
With all mine
