Spectre變種2的修補程式拖慢效能又讓Linux之父不開心了!

主要看是 phoronix 前幾天測出來的結果，效能差異很驚人啊
這個用下去真的還不如直接關掉 HT，事實上 openbsd 已經這樣做了
