根據Basic & Clinical Pharmacology(9th ed), by Bertram G. Katzung(2004)
p.454
Amantadine is less potent than levodopa and its benefits may be short-lived,
often disappearing after only a few weeks of treatment. Nevertheless, during
that time it may favorably influence the bradykinesia, rigidity, and tremor
of parkinsonism.
上面說明了Amantadine的作用強度較levodopa來得小，療效也消失得較快。
Amantadine在有顛癇、心衰竭病史的病患上也應慎用，
題幹問錯誤選項，故建議此題答案應更正為(A)(D)。
