How long does it take for a vaccine to work?
Vaccines do not stimulate immunity immediately after they are administered.
Once a vaccine is administered, the antigens must be recognized, responded to,
and remembered by the immune system.
In most animals, disease protection does
not begin until five days after vaccination. Full protection from a vaccine
usually takes up to fourteen days. In some instances, two or more vaccinations
several weeks apart must be given to achieve protection. In general, modified
live vaccines and those vaccines administered intranasally provide the fastest
protection.

大部分動物大約注射疫苗五日後，身體開始產生保護，完整的免疫保護大約是在14天後，
但有些特殊例子，有些需要兩個禮拜以上的時間。
一般會建議一個禮拜後，才帶出門。
舉個例子:當你感冒時候，妳媽看你躺在床上很可憐，你會希望她把你推出去嗎???
