一、主文
變更為水桶7日、不退文。
二、說明
申訴人違規事實明確，該處分並無不當，考量申訴人過往紀錄以及陳述內容，
其所言不無道理，本板採信之，依違反 part-time 板看板使用規範第八條第三項處斷，
又其已過應處分日數，即該解除水桶，退文則至 ID_Problem 申請消除。
