一、主文
申訴駁回，不予受理，本案已完成溝通程序，得逕行上訴。
二、說明
申訴人於本板 (part-time) 宣傳比賽活動資訊，即屬於本板宗旨無關之廣告宣傳，
無論是否照本板文章格式填寫皆不合本板用途，以第十五條第一項第三款「廣告文」
處斷並無不當，至於申訴人所述之「以前也有發過類似徵才文」僅為本板未發現，
申訴人不得主張「過往未處分故現今應比照之」。綜上所述，全案予以駁回。
註：該二篇相同違規態樣之文章一併砍除，不另行公告。
三、申訴救濟
若不服本判決，得以此文為溝通依據，表明理由，至 L_LifeJob 板發文申訴。
