一、主文
申訴駁回，不予受理，本案已完成溝通程序，得逕行上訴。
二、說明
申訴人雖主張徵人代為註冊帳號並非用於不法用途，然 part-time 板看板使用規範
第十四條第一項第五款第六目規定：「不得徵求任何網站之帳號之共用、借用或移轉，
或代為申請帳號」，故無論任何理由皆不得於本板徵求他人代為申請帳號，
違反該規定者，依前例便是長時間水桶、退文處分，此部分並無疑義，因此維持原判。
四、申訴救濟
若不服本判決，得以此文為溝通依據，表明理由，至 L_LifeJob 板發文申訴。
