為 #1VlcfoUH (part-time) 第五條第三項第十六款之違規行為，
因連線時使用之軟硬體設備造成之違規結果，推定當事人之故意或過失，
若不依本板所訂之程序為刪除之申請，僅以站內信告知板務人員，無效。
