二、說明
依
#1PvtdNC2 (part-timeBM)撤銷原處分。
54184906嵐蕾顧問有限公司以帳號aatt75發表之徵才文#1PrG0Al5 (part-time)，
藉故發放少於約定數額之工資且顯有藉故拖延之情形，經查証屬實，
符合黑名單管理辦法第五條第一項第一款之要件，依同法第二項予以單位警告處分。
依同法第七條第一項第一款，54184906嵐蕾顧問有限公司持有之帳號，
自公告日起七日內，不得於本板發表任何徵才文，違者視為違反本板使用規範
第十五條第一項第九款，處水桶一百八十日以上併科退文。
三、申訴救濟
若不服本判決，得表明理由，至 part-timeBM 板發表說明文。
