註：虛性和諧，係指維持表面和諧，私底下卻暗藏不和。
例如：彼此注意不要去碰觸
會引起衝突的議題，以免誤踩地雷，在其他方面自然相處；或是 維持表面淡然的關係，
內心卻不斷退卻疏離，只維持該有的禮儀；或是 雖有因為情境需要互動而勉強互動，但
自覺相當被動與不舒服，且對其相當防衛。）
訪談時間：約60至90分鐘（次），依受訪者闡述內容而可能稍有不同
參與者酬賞：萊爾富禮券100元（50元*2張），無使用期限
參與者酬賞發放：每次訪談結束後當場發放
（需簽章以證明領取）
訪談進行地點：報名完成之後會再詳細回覆
（主要以受訪者舒適自在為優先考量）
需求人數：10人（男女各五人）
（報名成功者，將會寄信通知，或電話確認訪談時間）
（未報名成功者，亦會寄信通知）
