euphrate發表徵求租借物品之徵才文，違反本板板規第十四條第一項第五款第一目，
且觀其內容資訊不明，顯然惡意違規，依本板板規第十七條第四項、第十八條、
第十九條第四項，應處水桶一百八十日以上，並得退文。
