一、主文
#1O_NMINV (part-time)、
#1O_rs4y- (part-time)警告處分撤銷。
二、說明
本板尚未有明文規定黑名單與事業單位警告處分的相關管理辦法，故

二事業單位之警告處分應予以撤銷。
但本板仍要「告誡」被使用者發表[注意]文之事業單位與雇主，爾後應注意自身行為，
切勿因不當行為造成勞資雙方糾紛。
此外，若有意協助訂定「黑名單管理辦法」的使用者，得至part-timeBM板參與討論，
