標題奇怪的英文？

日本人的英文實在很奇妙
我寫email去詢問飯店是不是包含早餐以及衛浴
（因為很多便宜的住宿都是沒有衛浴的）
以下是對方的回覆
剛開始都很正常
可是我實在不理解最後一句是在寫什麼？
有沒有人懂日文的可以從日文文法告訴我
他為什麼要這樣寫？

The breakfast is include with the single room price only.
We the room there is on shower facility.
