Goodall began composing original songs as a teen, earning local notoriety with his band Trax; in the years to follow, he learned to play a vast range of instruments, including mandolin, piano, drums, harp, flute, glockenspiel, panpipes, vibraphone and synthesizer, and cut his first album at age 16. Following a year at art college, Goodall opened his own recording studio, producing artists spanning from classical ensembles to punk bands; inspired by the natural world, he began creating his own environmental instrumental music, releasing his debut album Angel Sleep on the New World Music label in 1989 and remaining a highly prolific artist throughout the decade to follow. — Jason Ankeny 資料來源All Music Guide Medwyn Goodall 作者網站 http://www.medwyngoodall.com/ 板上的人較少討論梅德溫...故於此做個簡介... 其實梅德溫在國內也有進口些不錯的專輯...... 在大眾或許還可以找到些許的作品....小弟我在 台中第一唱片行也還有看到存貨......在國內比 較好找到的作品有: Comet..Eagle Spirit..Great Spirit..Inca Mystries ..King of the Sun God..Medicine Woman..Medicine Woman 2 ..Millennium..Moon Gooddess..Siesta..The Way of the Ocean ..Where Angles Tread..The Dolphin Quest 當然還有許多是國內少見或是沒進口的專輯.. 像Anam Cara..Antarctica..Dragon's Keep..Druid Excaliour....Goddess From The Sea...Timeless Visions..Priestess(Return to Atlantis).... The Gift Of Excalibur...The Round Table... Winds Across the Pacific..Lightstream...Leo... 喔...太多ㄌ...說不完~~@@ 梅德溫音樂並無多激昂或是大幅度的表現 但整體給予人的聆聽感覺卻是平靜緩和的 居多..加上他的大部分音樂每一首都相當 長..因此每首都能充分的藉由聆聽進入我 們的心靈音樂王國中.. kamal --
