標題[問題] 請問居於5 hands與對應的spell

大家好:
想詢問現在5 hands等級>5000是否都能學會對應的spell呢？
而這跟種族有沒有關係呢？昨天人類在使用cyclone hands>5000後就有學會wind spell
之前魔人用sand hands or snow hands也都能增加對應的spell等級。
但是dragonman都悲慘了，用了老半天electric hands,都9900了也沒有學會thunder spell這是為什麼呢？
