下列何種治療氣喘的藥物其作用時間最長？
A. Salmeterol
B. Terbutaline
C. Adrenaline
D. Formoterol
根據 Lange, Terbutaline duration of action is about 3-4 hours, whereas Salmeterol and formoterol both long-acting B2 selective agonists have duration of action over 12 hours. The text does not specify which drug's uduration of action is longest.
