男玩3P致死　醫師沒警告判賠9千萬 http://www.appledaily.com.tw/realtimenews/article/international/20120601/125375 ________________________________________________ 美國一名男子馬汀尼(William Martinez)在2009年與一男一女玩3P遊戲，引發 心臟病致猝死，馬汀尼死時才31歲。昨日當地法院宣判，馬汀尼的死與他的主 治醫師港嘎沙尼(Dr Sreenivasalu Gangasani)未盡治療責任有關係，引此判 決港嘎沙尼必須賠償馬汀尼家屬300萬美元(約新台幣9千萬元)。 法官認為，馬汀尼曾向港嘎沙尼尋求治療胸痛的問題，港嘎沙尼也為馬汀尼 安排療程，卻沒有告知馬汀尼禁止做「激烈運動」，導致馬汀尼在玩3P時致死， 因此港嘎沙尼必須負擔未告知的醫療責任，判賠300萬美金。港嘎沙尼 的代表律師表示仍會再上訴。 ________________________________________________ 31歲的胸痛病人..... 美國的判決越來越誇張,而台灣又常跟著美國, 偏偏島上的醫療是不能把法律風險提列成本轉嫁給病人的, 以後連看門診都可能吃上一堆奇怪的醫療糾紛大概也不會太意外 --
