標題Re: [問題] 禁用止血劑 transamine

關於這個 Transamine 的用法，我一直有個疑問，
就是 Bladder bleeding（或是說hematuria的病人），到底要不要用？
我看我們醫院的 Urologist 都會用，
問題是我看過很多病人，後來就一個大血塊塞在urinary tract，
造成 Acute renal failure。
然後就要開刀進去清，開完刀之後，還是會 bleeding...
然後就沒完沒了.....
我也有聽過 VS 說這種病人不要用 Transamine
因為我不是外科系，不知道大家的看法如何？

: 3.1 Contraindications
: A) active intravascular clotting process
: B) acquired defective color vision
: C) subarachnoid hemorrhage
: D) hypersensitivity to tranexamic acid
: 3.2 Precautions
: A) may cause visual abnormalities, ophthalmological examination should be

: D) should not be administered concomitantly with factor IX or
