用藥方面，若要查，大部份醫生，應該都會查MicroMedex：
TRANEXAMIC ACID
3.1 Contraindications
A) active intravascular clotting process
B) acquired defective color vision
C) subarachnoid hemorrhage
D) hypersensitivity to tranexamic acid
3.2 Precautions
A) may cause visual abnormalities, ophthalmological examination should be
conducted before and during extended treatment
B) history of thromboembolic disease
C) disseminated intravascular coagulation
D) should not be administered concomitantly with factor IX or
anti-inhibitory coagulant concentrates; increased risk for thrombosis
