Have not sold as many of the manufacturer's markets and also a couple of them are reserved, so think I have 4-5 of them left. Pricing on buildings varies a lot based on size of building and how old the server is. On an established server, small buildings (<100m) would go for 90%-110% of build cost, medium buildings (100-1000m) would go for 130-170% of build cost, and large buildings would go for 200%-300% of build cost. The premium for larger buildings is because it takes a very long time to build them, and while in expansion they are not producing anything. Since this server is fairly new, all those prices will tend to be a bit lower since the building market is not really going yet. For my joineries 1910m and manufacturer's markets 3130m, pricing is 170% of build cost on both of them. On the joineries 1910m, build cost is 18 mio, build time is 39 days and 19 hours, and pricing is 31 mio. On the manufacturer's markets 3130m, build cost is 29 mio (including 1 mio for full advertising), build time is 39 days and 6 hours, and pricing is 50 mio.
