Pascal Versini, 2011.2.13(Sun)爵士鋼琴講座＠Jazz Cafe' 時間：2011.2.13(Sun)7:00pm-9:00pm 門票：300元，可兌換飲品一杯 本次Jazz Cafe很榮幸邀請到法籍爵士鋼琴演奏家Pascal Versini 2/13於Jazz Cafe進行 爵士鋼琴講座，將分享許多他的音樂養成過程與音樂經歷來呈現爵士鋼琴的發展脈絡，並 亦於2/14於Jazz Cafe進行音樂會演出，非常歡迎喜歡爵士鋼琴的朋友們一同參加與聆賞 Pascal Versini的音樂。 Pascal Versini ─ 爵士鋼琴演奏家，1965年出生於法國馬賽。五歲開始習琴， 七歲進入音樂院接受古典音樂與理論的薰陶，17歲前往法屬馬丁尼克島因而接觸 afro-caribean jazz。1984年回到馬賽，Versini與許多不同風格的世界音樂團體合作， 例如：非洲與馬達家斯加島的藝術家─Alain Rabeson , Rachel Tchoungui, Hakim Amadouche, Sergio Otanazetra , Wankatao ，尚有hip-hop硬爵士團體「UFO」。 隨後他在Bill Evans Piano Academy與Bernard Maury鑽研爵士樂和聲。 他也與Ivan Jullien學習編曲。Versini在世界各地旅遊的機會接觸各地的音樂家， 對其音樂觀影響甚大。 Pascal Versini is born in Marseille, France November 16th of 1965. He began the piano at the age of five. He entered the conservatory at seven years old where he studied classical music and theory, and began working professionally as a musician at a very young age with dance groups in small clubs. He left for Martinique at seventeen years old where he discovers afro-caribean jazz music alongside such musicians as Marius Cultier, Andre Robinel, Dave Berkley and John Phi Pepe. Returning to the big city in 1984, he worked with a variety of groups incorporating various styles of world music with African, Malagasy artists (Alain Rabeson, Rachel Tchoungui, Hakim Amadouche, Sergio Otanazetra and late Wankatao, hard-jazz-hip-hop ufo equipped of Cyril Atef, Gerard Murphy, Jean-Marie Guyard, Phil Mao Lerabo). He plays also with progressive-rock project "Eclats" with Alain Chiarazzo. He then had the opportunity of studying jazz harmony in depth with Bernard Maury,(Bill Evans Piano Academy). He also studied arrangement with Ivan Jullien for a year. Each travel of him were occasion to meet new musicals things, in Bangladesh, In Venezuela (with the great percussionist CarlosNene Quintero), In Bresil.He met Barry Harris in NYC, had the possibility of studying the cursus of this master at the street university and at home trough videos.
