各位好 有個問題想請教一下 供應商要求客人在L/C上允許Partial shipment，但客人一直不接受 因為他覺得只有一個櫃，怕重量會不符的話， 加+/- 10%就好了為什麼要接受Partial shipment 我將客人的意見反應給供應商，結果供應商回我如下: Partial shipments allowed does not mean that we will be shipping LTL quantities. We will ship in 1 x 40 FCL as promised. However, it is needed in case the quantities vary. Even if the quantity varies by a few pounds, it can cause a discrepancy. It is needed and hope for your understanding. 唉 一般客人都馬會接受 但這客人比較龜毛一點....好難溝通啊 我該怎麼跟客人說呢? LTL是什麼意思啊? 謝謝大家的撥冗解惑 >"< --
