標題[除錯] 新組的電腦上網很慢

﹝硬體規格﹞CPU：
AMD AM3 X2-240
MB ：
技嘉MA785GM-US2H
RAM：
威剛 2G DDR2-800
VGA：
內顯
HDD：
WD SATA 320G
PSU：
益衡 350W
O.S：
XP SP2
﹝問題詳述﹞前天剛組好的電腦，自己灌好windows以後，沒發現太大的問題
但是上網速度很慢，我實在找不出原因@@
開無名網誌圖片也出現的很慢，甚至是開奇摩首頁都很慢
我手邊也有一台慢到不行的EPC 但上網速度也比這台新電腦快多了= =
實在找不到問題點在哪裡，原先連MSN都裝不了
後來我是先用別台電腦下好安裝程式才成功安裝MSN的
下載速度也是很慢，動不動就剩餘好幾個小時
結果用EPC測試下載(同一條網路線)，結果10分鐘內可下載完畢。
﹝已做努力﹞因為實在找不到問題點出在哪邊，也很難查資料@@
試過更新windows，但是用Windows Update也是一直失敗...
硬體驅動部分也沒看到有問題的@@"

灌玩系統才插網路線，但是防毒就不太確定有點忘記@@"
9F：→ lalala129:你先看看網路連線，封包的流量有沒有不正常 12/21 21:01
10F：→ lalala129:你也可以ping 127.0.0.1 (本機不經過網卡) 12/21 21:02
11F：→ lalala129:跟 192.168.1.1 (數據機不經過網路) *假設數據機ip未改 12/21 21:02
12F：→ lalala129:假設你這台中毒吃頻寬，EPC的Ping值也會暴 12/21 21:03
