標題[問題] 特急 芝加哥租屋問題

現在我女朋友在芝加哥留學(UIC)就讀
但必須提前回台
但租屋契約卻遇到問題
對於提前退租他們只有三條方案
1.繼續繳清剩下租金
2.找人頂替入住
3.法律途徑
請問各位前輩
遇到此種問題該如何解決呢
真的非常的急迫
有人可以頂替嗎
