標題[help] help with a simple questionnaire

I am a junior studying in Kaohsiung, and I am doing a survey on whether Chines
e and English have impact on people's decision making, which is a fairly new
and interesting topic.
Thus, I will need many foreigners (English native speaker mainly) to hel
