標題[教學] Wanted: Looking for an English tutor

I live in Kaohsiung. I am looking for a personal tutor to teach me
English conversation and presentation.
My payment policy and requirements are listed below.

Payment policy:
If you are a foreigner coming from English-speaking countries,
I will pay NT 500 per hour.
If you are a Taiwanese, I will pay NT 450 per hour.
Please notice that the payment is negotiable.
The default teaching time is 2 hours per week.
Requirements:
1) Your mother tongue must be English;
otherwise, you have to prove that you are a qualified teacher.
2) You should prepare the teaching materials.
Besides, you should tell me the course topic and outline
at least one day before teaching.
3) The teaching place could be
at the campus of National Sun Yat-Sen University (NSYSU),
my home, or your home that must be not too far away from NSYSU.
