簡述自己之語言背景及程度：
I am Tao, 25 years old male, native chinese speaker.
I am a graduate school student in College of Law, NTU.
I wanna attend TOEFL this summer.
But I don't take any test before!
I am able to read English paper and watch TV show, but I don’t have many
opportunity of speaking English. So I am eager to find conversation partner.
