標題[ＬＥ] wanna make friend with foreigner

希望對方可交換之語言：English
簡述自己之語言背景及程度：
i've learned English for several years but i still couldn't speak English
fluently. I want a foreign friend ,we can talk 、email 、msn or go out
together . i can speak Chinese Taiwanese and a littile Hakka .
i got 650 grades in Toeic.
