Special Announcement by UC Tickets in regards to MERS situation in
South Korea for 2015 Ultra Korea Event.
Due to special circumstances of MERS situation in Korea,
UC Tickets was advised to provide refunds for those who are seeking
ticket refund.
Please follow the instructions below for the refund process to begin.
1) For those who have received wristband,
-Please send your wristband to the address below.
Shipping Address:
Attention: UC Tickets, 653-103 Daesakwonro, 2FL, Hanmandong, Yongsangu,
Seoul, Korea
-Upon receipt of your wristband, UC Tickets will process the *refund to
your account within 7 to 10 business days. The wristband should not have
been used or damaged.
2) For those who have not received wristband as to date,
-Please allow few days until you receive it.
-Once you receive the wristband, follow instruction #1.
3) For those who are to pick up your wristband at the event.
-Please forward ticket confirmation email to
[email protected]
-Upon verification of your purchase, we will process the *refund
within 7 to 10 business days.
