Fairmont
Canada's Fairmont aka Jake Fairley has built up a loyal worldwide following
throughout the course of his ten year long musical career. Highly regarded as
one of the top producers of recent years, maybe it's the consistent quality
of his releases or his formidable all-hardware live shows. He is without
doubt; one of my favourite artists at the minute.
Such great recent releases such as 'Poble Sec' on Beachcoma to his stunning
remix of Edu Imbernon's 'Ditto' on Eklektisch, this is a man at the top of
his game. Nearly every set I make, there is a Faimont production present.
His highlight this year is this month's release of his epic "Lie To Me" EP
for My Favorite Robot Records, out now.
