各位ES的朋友們想請問一下一個問題
我在Bobbi Brown美國官網買了彩妝，但有收到orde碼
但是沒多久收到說授權失敗，
內容如下
Regrettably, we are unable to obtain a credit card authorization
for this purchase and are unable to process your order at this time.
Please contact us at 1-877-310-9222 to confirm your credit card
information or provide us with another credit card number. When
calling, please reference order
#XXXXXXXXXX.
We will hold your order for 48 hours pending your phone call.
While awaiting your response, we will continue to attempt to
obtain authorization during the next two days. For your protection,
please do not provide credit card information via email, as email is
not a secure method to send this sensitive information.
就想說要放棄了，就在剛才我接到玉山銀行電話，他在問我是不是有這筆消費
我回答是有這筆消費，銀行就掛了電話
我想請問一下大家，我是要打電話過去，還是等48小時候看有沒有過卡?
