1. For PAM, PSK, QAM, and orthogonal modulated signals, what information does
the receiver needs in order to recover the data carried on the received
signal?
2. Once the receiver projects the received signal (with noise) onto the
signal space and uses the information from question 1 to find the received
signal's coordinate, from this coordinate how do you guess which
constellation point was transmitted?
