標題[問題] 請教一下有關TetraMux的問題

請問一下
用TetraMax跑完ATPG後
report裡面比方說
"sa1 top/module1/A1"
是指說A1這個點在"1"這個值是不可測的嗎
想了解一下這個sa1的意義是什麼
