標題[問題] turbo code當source encoder時如何puncturing?

目前有兩個 binary source,
每個 binary source 分別由一個coding rate=1/2 進行source encoder,
因此會得到 systematic_1 跟 parity_1, systematic_2 跟 binary_2,
那想問 如何puncture 它們
使得 compressioin rate = 1.63 ??
