最近在看RTX,想請問下面這段話的意思是什麼 ?

整句的意思是說 RTX可包附於Windows minidumps之中,或可取到控制權.
且Windows遇到問題時,可安全的關閉real-time行程..<= 右邊的解釋對嗎?
