標題[問題] 請教一篇影像處理的論文

這幾天讀影像處理的paper看不太懂其中內容
想請教版上各位先進一些問題 還請不吝指教

ph.d的論文檔案有點大 還請見諒
這幾天看到第四章4.3節Result的部分 pdf下方頁數標示77頁處
從上方數下來第六列寫著這麼一句話
"double compression introduces band-pass noise with a
signal-to-noise ratio ranging between 20db and 24dB."
請教為何二次壓縮所產生的noise是bandpass的？
能否請版上各位先進指點一二或給一些相關資料？
再來是底下第八列開始的以下這幾行...
"For example, shown in Figure 4.3 are the DCT coefficients,
their histograms and the Fourier transforms of the zero-mean histograms of
the gray-scale images in Figure 4.2(a)"
請接著看頁碼79頁的figure4.3
小弟不才 可能書沒有念通 不懂的地方在於DCT轉換後 都是一些數值不是？
若以8*8的block做DCT轉換 則轉換後原點表示DC直流的分量 剩下的都是AC交流的分量
小弟我不明白那些轉換後DCT係數 是怎樣畫成那些histogram？
而那個Fourier Transform又是對誰再做F-T？難道是對DCT轉換過後的係數？
這整個Figure4.3一整個完全看不懂...
能否請教版上各位先進指導一下不才小弟我
到底Figure4.3裡面的每一張圖 各是代表什麼意義 又是怎麼產生出來的？
