標題[問題] 請問Cadence LVS的問題

跑完LVS後，lvs沒有問題，但是在output files裡的Softchk database會有errors，
叫Check SOFTCHK psub_term CONTACT和Check SOFTCHK psub CONTACT，請問有人
有遇過一樣的問題，如何解決呢?另外，需不需要從psub打contact到M1，而M1是接地呢?
還是chip 的背面會有金屬，所以不需要呢? 謝謝
