Data rate 是 PHY 實際傳輸的 bit per second，但更高層收的是 symbol
，frame，packet，加上許多保護或是 channel coding 的 bits，所以
throughput 才是真正 Rx 收到有用的資訊，所以 throughput 比 data
rate 低。
舉例 802.11b/g 號稱 11Mbps/54Mbps max. 但那是指 data rate，實際的
throughput 並沒有那麼高，g 只有 20~30 Mbps 而已。
