標題[其他] forest的s和t

最近在看Pro shot shooting system網頁中的forest影片
因為英文不太好
所以理解不夠好
想請問一下 sweep and swap的部分中
強調輔助手肩膀往後的是sweep的基礎
但是turn時候輔助手的肩膀不就會往後了嗎
請問一下這樣肩膀部分為什麼還要特別強調呢
