The car you wish to buy costs $32000.
The dealer has a special leasing arrangment where you pay $1200 today
and $469 per month for the next three years.
If you purchase the car, you will pay it off in monthly payments
over the next three years at an APR of 6%.
You believe you will be able to sell the car for $19000 in three years.
Should you buy or lease the car?
What break-even resale price in three years would make you indifferent
between buying and leasing?

PV of lease payments
1-1/(1+6%/12)^36 / 6%/12
= (1-0.8356) / 0.005
=32.88
469*32.88+1200=16620.72
可是老師答案是 16616.51
PV of resale price
19000/(1+0.06)^36
=19000/1.1967
=15876.995
可是老師答案是 15877.25
PV of purchase
32000-15876.995=16123.005
可是老師答案是 16122.75 (當然因為上一題就不一樣了)
Breakeven resale price 不會算
