今天傳來長嶋茂雄先生的悲報，立刻想起這首名曲。經過30多年聽來仍舊歷久彌新。
繼栗林先生隱退和泉水姐姐仙逝之後，今年編曲的明石昌夫先生和合唱的長嶋茂雄先生相繼
逝世。其他相關人員想必感觸良多。
