標題[讀音] ㄢ 跟 ㄤ

不好意思，
不曉得這個問題在這裡問適不適合，
想請教一下
ㄢ跟ㄤ要怎麼發音，
我有查了奇摩字典教發音，
但還是不太會發音...囧lll
最大的問題字就是"當然"、"相當"、"弓長張"
發覺自己比較會唸的都是 ㄢ
例如 : 單數、詹先生
但唸到ㄤ就苦手了，
唸"當(ㄉㄤ)然"會唸成"單(ㄉㄢ)然"...囧lll
