兩份我都拿去翻譯 但是還是看不太懂要補什麼資訊給他們

這樣我去體檢的時候需要把這封信繳給體檢單位 還是我直接體檢就好?
我體檢後 需要回信嗎??
抱歉一第次辦 又是收到全英文的信 雖然有簡單翻譯過 但是還是怕理解錯誤
希望有人能幫我解答
