標題[問題] 青年旅館訂後的取消

Credit Card Policy
To secure your booking, we require a valid Visa or Mastercard number.
We do not charge the card until you arrive.

Cancellation Policy
You must cancel your booking 48 hours in advance of arrival. If you cancel
less than 48 hours in advance, we will charge you for one night’s stay.
因擔心到時臨時有事需取消行程，
想請問Hostel的取消政策，
因為他的線上訂房是需要「信用卡號」的
可是他上面這樣寫，意思是online booking時，雖然給了卡號，但還不會正式刷下費用？
要到抵達了，才會刷我的卡號嗎?
