其實我很沒動力好好打一篇文章,因為該說的該回憶的都滿滿的存在腦海中, 也和朋友家人分享過了, 而且光整理相片就累的快爆炸了...但今天要分享的 其實是我今天演講課被老師叫上去...我就想說可以直接拿我的演講稿來分 享給大家...好啦,我承認我很懶,但是文章很簡單,所以放心~超級白話的,有 興趣的就看看吧!!!! Good morning, ladies and gentlemen, my name is Sylvia, I’m glad to meet you here and share my life in Yellowstone National Park. This summer, I joined a program called Work and Travel, which means we need to work but we could still have chance to make money and have fun in the same time. It’s really a money saving and interesting choice for college students. Because it was my first time to go abroad, I was really nervous and worried about something unnecessary, like getting lost, heavy and boring jobs, making no friends, or have a boring vacation. I shouldn’t have worried about that, because I really had a great time there. At first, I had to adjust the work and the food there, and it was easy, because the work was not hard although it was exhausting, and the food was not bad and sometimes really tasty. Then, I met a lot of good friends, who also my colleagues and we worked together and knew each other quickly. They are all very nice people and come from the other countries of the world, like France, Poland, Romania, Ecuador, China, Russia…etc. Because it is really beautiful of Yellowstone, we went hiking almost once a week, and it was really amazing. I watched the eruption of geysers and pool, or went to observation point or Avalanche peak, or sometimes we just swam in the widespread lake or looked down at the waterfall. On the other hand, there are four famous animals you could have chance to see them: buffalo, wolf, bear, and moose. We had many trip bumping into the animals and it was exciting. If we didn’t have time to go hiking, we could go to employee recreation hall to work out. At night, we had employee pub for us to talk, drink, or have party. I love the theme party there, we could experience other country’s culture and have a really great time talking with friends and dancing together. Friends there always took care of each other; it felt really nice to have those sweet friends. It was an unforgettable memory for me, and I appreciate that I have such a right choice to have chance learning how to be more mature, independent, and the most important thing, more time talking in English and thinking in English. I sincerely recommend you to join the program and enjoy your next summer vacation, because the program is really fantastic.
