If you only work in a pub or anything concerning serving alcohol, you need to have RSA certificate. If you want to work in a gaming room in a hotel or whatever( usually with poker machines) then you need RSA and RCG. Those two certificates are not helpful for other kinds of job or anywhere outside of Australia.
