標題[問題] megadownloader 沒有回應

作業系統：win8.1
問題內容：
想請問一下，
我今天用華碩的還原系統重灌了電腦，
可是不知道為什麼megadownload無法使用，
每次開啟的時候就會如下圖進入沒有回應的畫面，
可是.net也有安裝了，
還是開啟不了，想請問一下究竟是怎麼回事呢？
